## Overview Themis Protocol is a decentralized lending and borrowing platform designed to operate across multiple blockchain networks, with current support for Arbitrum. Rather than relying on traditional liquidity pools where all users deposit into a single pool, Themis operates on a Peer-to-Pool model. This architecture allows lenders to provision capital directly while borrowers access those funds through the protocol's matching mechanism. The platform exists to address fragmentation in DeFi lending by enabling cross-chain functionality and providing an alternative to the concentrated liqui
