## Overview STAKE1 is a lending protocol built on Fantom that enables users to borrow volatile tokens at zero percent interest. The protocol addresses a specific gap in DeFi infrastructure: the need for lending mechanisms that support short-selling, over-the-counter trades, token swaps, and other use cases that require access to volatile assets without the burden of accruing interest debt. Rather than functioning as a traditional yield-bearing lending platform, STAKE1 positions itself as banking infrastructure for decentralized finance—offering the mechanics of a loan without the financial dra
