Liquid Staking on Celo.

## Overview stCELO is a liquid staking protocol built on the Celo blockchain. It allows CELO token holders to stake their assets and receive stCELO in return—a liquid representation of staked CELO that can be used across decentralized finance applications while earning staking rewards. The protocol addresses a core constraint of traditional staking: capital lockup. When users stake CELO directly on the Celo network, their tokens are locked and cannot be transferred or deployed elsewhere. stCELO solves this by issuing a liquid token that represents the staked position, enabling users to maintai
