## Overview Pepu V3 is a concentrated liquidity market maker (CLMM) deployed on Pepu Chain. It implements an automated market maker (AMM) model that allows liquidity providers to concentrate capital within specific price ranges rather than spreading it uniformly across the entire price curve. This design increases capital efficiency compared to traditional constant product AMMs, allowing LPs to earn fees on a smaller amount of deposited capital when their chosen price range contains active trading.
