## Overview Flux Finance is a decentralized lending protocol built on Ethereum that enables users to deposit crypto assets and earn yield, or borrow against collateral in a permissioned framework. Unlike fully open lending platforms, Flux Finance operates with asset whitelisting, meaning only approved tokens can be supplied or borrowed on the protocol. This approach reduces exposure to low-liquidity or high-risk assets while maintaining the core benefits of decentralized finance: non-custodial access, transparent on-chain settlement, and algorithmic interest rate discovery.
